- 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice (plus a wedge for garnish)
- 2 oz sparkling water (or grapefruit soda for extra flavor)
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ¼ oz agave nectar or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
Steps
1. Salt the Rim
- Rub a grapefruit wedge around the glass rim.
- Dip the rim into coarse sea salt to coat.
2. Mix It Up
- In the glass, combine:
- Tequila
- Grapefruit juice
- Sparkling water
- Lime juice
- Agave nectar
