Ingredients
- 12 medium shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 6 slices bacon, halved lengthwise
- Wooden toothpicks (for securing)
Steps
1. Prep the Peppers
- Slice each jalapeño lengthwise and remove seeds (for less heat, scrape out membranes).
- Stuff each pepper with 1 shrimp.
2. Wrap with Bacon
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with ½ slice of bacon.
- Secure with a toothpick so the bacon stays in place.
3. Broil to Crispy Perfection
- Place on a baking sheet and broil 5-6 inches from heat for 6-7 minutes per side, until bacon is crispy and shrimp is cooked.
4. Serve & Enjoy!
- Serve warm—great with ranch or cool dip to balance the heat.
Tips
✔ Spice level? Keep seeds for extra heat, remove for milder flavor.
✔ Make ahead? Assemble ahead, refrigerate, then broil before serving.
✔ Air fryer option? Cook at 375°F for 8-10 mins, flipping halfway.
