Ingredients

  • 12 medium shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 12 jalapeño peppers
  • 6 slices bacon, halved lengthwise
  • Wooden toothpicks (for securing)

Steps

1. Prep the Peppers

  • Slice each jalapeño lengthwise and remove seeds (for less heat, scrape out membranes).
  • Stuff each pepper with 1 shrimp.

2. Wrap with Bacon

  • Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with ½ slice of bacon.
  • Secure with a toothpick so the bacon stays in place.

3. Broil to Crispy Perfection

  • Place on a baking sheet and broil 5-6 inches from heat for 6-7 minutes per side, until bacon is crispy and shrimp is cooked.
